How to make Puréed pumpkin. Roasted and blended to a perfectly smooth consistency. All you need is one whole pumpkin. Cut the pumpkin in half and scrape off all the seeds. Sprinkle on a bit of salt. Place the pumpkins on your baking tray faced-down. Bake at 200c for 40 minutes. Peel off the skin and add the roasted pumpkin to your blender. Blend it to a smooth consistency. Use as desired. Puréed pumpkin is perfect for all kinds of Autumn baking 🍂.
