Hard boil eggs, allow to cool, and peel 3. Cook red cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes 4. Peel shell off shrimp but leave the tail 5. Cut a few slits in the shrimp to make it straight 6. Mix tempura batter with ice cold water 7. Coat shrimp in batter and fry in neutral oil that is 340-350 degrees F 8. Mix tuna, Japanese mayo, salt and pepper 9. Form the onigiri with rice and the tuna mixture 10. Repeat the process to make smaller onigiri 11. Use a slice of turkey for StarBeam's face, cutting slits so that it fits around the onigiri 12. Use the cabbage to form StarBeam’s hair 13. Use ham to cut the shape of StarBeam’s mask 14. Cut stars using ham for StarBeam’s hair clips 15. Use cheese, seaweed and cabbage to form the eyes, nose, and mouth 16. Use two eggs to make Kipper 17. Use seaweed to make the eyes and eyebrows 18. Use tiny pieces of egg whites to make the highlights in Kipper's eyes 19. Use yellow bell pepper for the beak and feet 20. Make small cuts in the egg to insert the beak and feet into 21. Cut the second egg to make Kipper’s wings 22. Add details to the wings with seaweed 23. Add lettuce, cantaloupe, candy, or anything else you like to your lunch Enjoy!
