This video, produced by HapaSpace in Ghana, discusses findings from the UNVEIL project on how Web 4.0 technologies are being integrated into Ghana’s Vocational Education and Training (VET) ecosystem. Between March and April 2025, the HapaSpace team conducted five expert interviews with digital trainers, educators, innovation leaders, and policy actors across Ghana. These interviews offered real-world perspectives and helped validate earlier research findings. Key findings revealed: Most VET institutions have limited awareness of Web 4.0 tools. Educators lack practical exposure to these technologies. Though digitally curious, young people often don't receive structured support to develop their ideas. The research indicates a demand for technical skills such as AI, cloud computing, and cyber security, alongside crucial soft skills like teamwork, adaptability, and digital ethics. Experts also recommended using blended and mobile-first learning approaches to improve flexibility and accessibility.
