I wanted to start this video out with a massive THANK YOU to Ellashaeinc for creating our new profile image! Make sure to go check them out in Instagram (link below). This video took a lot of time to edit, as it relied on me (Astral), reaching back and trying to communicate with Rottie, Chess & Dane about their experiences throughout the course of filming. Dane managed to be co-conscious (co-con) with me for most of it, and helped me a lot. There is a lot more we could say in a much more formatted way about tips when it comes to interacting with a system, but the points made in this video are all ones we stand by. However, we thought it important to share one example of what frequent switching can look like for ourselves. It's interesting for me to watch, as a lot of the pauses look very fast on camera, but I know from experience that was is going on internally feels like it is taking forever. This is due to our perception of time being impacted by dissociation. Thank you all for watching! Ellashaeinc 's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellashaeinc... This is your friendly reminder that we are not professionals, we are simply a diagnosed DID system sharing what we have learnt for ourselves over the past several years. Please do your own research, and talk to a health professional if anything mentioned in our videos raises concerns.
