He is in private practice with his father, Dr. Hagop A. Dikranian. He is married with two children and resides in Pasadena. Dr. Dikranian has lived in Southern California for over 30 years. He attended college at the University of Southern California. He graduated summa cum laude with a degree in psychobiology and a minor in bioethics. He continued on at USC Medical School where he was elected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Dikranian completed his two years of general surgery training and four years of urology residency at the Kaiser Foundation Medical Center in Los Angeles. During these six years he gained an extensive and comprehensive experience in the medical and surgical management of urologic disease. Dr. Dikranian has authored several journal articles in the medical literature. He has presented his clinical research at scientific meetings around the world. He has a special interest in robotic and laparoscopic surgery, female urology for urinary incontinence and voiding dysfunction, and in advanced treatment for prostatic enlargement.
