This video covers how to make Raisin Walnut bread in Oster Expressbake bread machine. With the same recipe you can made bread without raisins or walnuts. Video also provides some insider tips on things you'll need to enjoy your bread making more. I show how to store homemade bread which is something important to know how to do! Yummy, yes. Healthy, yes, yes! Tastes good. Good for you. Makes the house smell sooo good! Easy to do. Fun! You don't have to go to the store for fresh bread! Here's a link to the storage container I use: https://tinyurl.com/yaw9hopb Search bread loaf bags on Amazon or eBay. You'll want to have an electric knife. Ingredients. Put items in the order listed! 1 3/8 cups of water 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil (I used Pompeian Extra Virgin Smooth) 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (same amount of honey would do fine) 1 cup of King Arthur whole wheat flour 2 1/4 cups of King Arthur bread flour 1 teaspoon plus 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoons Saf-Instant yeast I added a cup of raisins and a handful of walnuts when the bread machine beeped about 17 minutes after I pressed the start button. Total cooking time was 3:23. I cooked on the Whole Wheat setting. Medium crust. 2 lb loaf. The Countryside bread I keep mentioning is the Countryside French bread I make with the same recipe. Only difference is, I leave off the wheat flour. I use 3 1/4 cups of bread flour. Adding raisins and/or nuts is optional. So, with the above recipe you could actually make a number of different loaves. Just Countryside French bread. Just whole wheat and white bread mixed. Raisin French bread. Raisin and nut French bread. Etc.
