Lego Up-Scaled Racing Driver Minifigure Set 40819 Review!

I finally built the Lego Up-Scaled Racing Driver Minifigure set 40819. This set debuted on March 1st, 2025, includes 694 pieces, and retails for $60. There are currently 7 Up-Scaled minifigure sets. The minifigure is based on a Lego City Octan minifigure. Octan is a Lego City Energy/Gas company. To be honest, I was unaware of this until I did some research. Lots of folks questioned why Lego chose this minifigure instead of more popular themes or characters. I think this is a nice tribute to Lego City and a great way to keep the cost down. The pieces are printed! No stickers! One of the green pieces was missing in my bags. I had to replace is with a lighter color piece on the characters right leg (top). There is an engine in the characters head. This is a nice little easter egg. Its not easy to get to after it is built, but possible. The helmet does not have a clear visor across the face. The arms, hands, legs, and head all can be positioned. This really is just like a minifigure in a larger form! The head swivels 360 degrees. The hands can spin, arms and legs can move up and down! I really like this set! It's fairly priced, and will look great on display. Kids can also play with this set. It doesn't fall apart and is very sturdy. This is a Lego store exclusive set. If there is an opportunity to grab this on sale, double points, or a decent GWP, I would recommend grabbing it! At normal retail price, it is still a fair deal.
