RCMP update into Canada-wide manhunt for suspects of murdered tourists

Manitoba RCMP provided an update on July 24 into the Canada-wide manhunt for Kam McLeod and Bryer Schmegelsky, who are wanted in connection to the murders of tourist couple who were shot and killed in northern British Columbia. McLeod and Schmegelsky are also suspects in the death of an unidentified man. The RCMP are searching for the pair in an area near Gilliam, Manitoba. In a shocking twist, on July 23, it was announced that McLeod and Schmegelsky, once reported as missing teens without connection the the murders, are now considered suspects in the case. They are also considered suspects to a third murder of a man whose body was found at Dease Lake in B.C.
