The Ferrari F430 is already a lovely car to work with in GT7, and one which really looks and feels as if it has been crafted into the game with love, and now that the 2007 430 Scuderia has returned in GT7 1.49, the more powerful, track focused variant is here to join it! ''In the Frankfurt Motor Show of September 2007, a high performance version of Ferrari's V8 series, the F430 was announced. Named the F430 Scuderia, it was the successor to the 360 Challenge Stradale, which is a street version of the one make racing machine that existed in the previous 360 Modena series. It is a machine that is imbued with technology developed in their F1 Grand Prix efforts, and is the fastest V8 Berlinetta in Ferrari history. It is powered by the same DOHC, 4.3L V8 engine as the standard F430, but is improved by 20 HP and 3.6 lbft to achieve 503 HP and 346.4 lbft. The vehicle weight is reduced by 100 kg by simplifying the interior, down to 1250 kg, and the power-to-weight ratio is an amazing 0.41 HP per kg. The transmission is the 2 pedal MT F1 Superfast, allowing gear changes in 0.06 seconds in its fastest mode. Combining a re-developed traction control system and an electronically controlled E-Differential, it was also given an F1 Track system that performs the combined functions of traction and stability control. The latest in chassis technology has been implemented for this machine. Modifications have been performed to the front bumper and rear diffuser areas as well in order to improve aerodynamics, which have helped to achieve a maximum speed of 199 mph (320 kmh), and 0-62 mph time of 3.6 seconds. Amazingly enough, it is said that it can run laps on the Ferrari Test Course at around the same lap time as their ultimate model, the Ferrari Enzo.''
