Mumbai Press - “South Asia In Flux: Decoding the new Geopolitical Order.” Lecture by Pravin Sawhney Pravin Sawhney It is our honour to welcome Mr. Pravin Sawhney, one of India’s most respected voices in defence and strategic affairs. Mr. Sawhney is a distinguished defence analyst, author, and editor with decades of experience in understanding and interpreting military strategy and national security. A former officer of the Indian Army, he brought his operational insights into the world of journalism and has since become a leading figure in defence commentary. He is the founding editor of FORCE, a premier magazine on national security and defence, which he has led since its inception in 2003. Prior to this, he served as the South Asia correspondent for Jane’s International Defence Review, part of the esteemed UK-based Jane’s Information Group, where he covered critical regional security developments for six years. Internationally, Mr. Sawhney has held prestigious positions as a Visiting Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies in the United Kingdom and as a Visiting Scholar at the Cooperative Monitoring Center in the United States.
