Notes: This isn't an exclusive list of advanced F2L techniques, and are likely to be far more. I feel these techniques are easiest to implement in your solutions and will yield the greatest improvements in your efficiency/solving in general. Targeted towards people averaging between 40 and 1:15 on Megaminx. If you average above this I would advise continuing to do solves, as I feel this will allow you to learn the way to solve specific F2L cases on your own, which will be more beneficial in Long-Run when you want to be implementing these techniques, due to your greater understanding of the megamix. With the method(s) I cover for xStars, these are just simplified methods of solving them, and you should focus more on block building aspect and finding unique methods of solving these cases; the techniques I cover aren't an exhaustive list. The only place I'd advise doing Keyhole for F2L pairs on Megaminx is when you have an offset star, other than this you should be able to find a more efficient technique for solving the case by offsetting the star edge. Make sure you're 100% confident with your Megaminx colour scheme before starting to do offset stars, otherwise you'll end up making mistakes. I would recommend doing a lot of untimed Megaminx F2L solves, as this a good way to find methods of building/inserting pairs when using back insets or offsetting star edges is useful or more efficient. Try not to use the Document I've included as an exclusive list of where to use these techniques, it is more beneficial for you to find ways of solving cases intuitively. But if you are struggling with a specific case I can see this document being useful. Ways you can contact me with questions about topics discussed in the video/megaminx in general: Will try to respond to as many comments on this video as I can.
