Each week on Friday I do an online guided meditation for my friends and work colleagues. I call these sessions a Meditation Reset 🌱. A weekly 10-15minute meditation practice to find a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself 🫶 The idea isn’t to “do meditation perfectly.” It's about developing a practice that will over the time help you quiet the mind, so that you can listen to that inner voice, your own wisdom that's already there. We do that through body and mind connection; starting with breath and body awareness before going into reflection and active listening. Every topic is influenced by my own life experience or themes that I see around me. The meditations are not scripted or performed, really coming from my heart to yours 💖 My background is in yoga philosophy, breathwork facilitation and traditional Chinese medicine.
