[email protected] While areas of Southern, Pennsylvania deal with the ongoing ice storm areas further North have been dealing with both freezing rain and snow leading to a traffic nightmare along I80. I80 was and still remains shutdown from New Columbia to Mackeyville as crews work to clean multiple pileups caused earlier in the day and attempt to catch up on the snow covered highways. Elijah Perez, a passing truck driver tells me he's been stuck at an onramp since 6:00am waiting on crews to clean up the tangled vehicles up ahead. The ice has transitioned back over to heavy snow and residents of Williamsport work to clean off their cars and employees work to keep the parking lots clear.
