This matter happened when I changed SG Peralta post from the back door and to be assigned in the main entrance door for today only, due to SG John Casimero not feeling well, but SG Peralta refused it and said “Ayoko! Ayoko iba nalang 74 yan, pagreportin mo nalang ako sa opisina kaysa iduty mo ako jan, magkasuhan nalang tayo sa opisina”, and he walked out from the security office. This behavior was disruptive and was witnessed by all day-shift co-guards, and my fellow officer SIC Luis Narry. This kind of behavior will not be tolerated; Guards are expected to adhere to the directives of their officers. The refusal of an employee to perform any lawful directive by their officers is sanctionable. They are expected to respect authority and do not have the unfettered discretion to disobey or ignore clear instructions. We hereby recommend SG Marlon Peralta for (RTU) Return to unit.
