Twitter: https://twitter.com/persindian?s=21 Website: https://persindian.com Ingredients for making the pickle: -2kg yellow plums -4 garlic cloves -2 fresh chilli -1/4cup mustard oil -1tbsp mustard seeds -1tbsp fenugreek seeds -1tbsp cumin seeds -2 dried red chilli -1/3cup sugar -1/4cup chopped ginger -1tbsp salt -1tbsp red chilli powder -1tbsp cracked coriander seeds Method: -cut 2kg yellow plums and Remove the seeds, and cut your ginger, garlic, fresh chilli and keep them aside. -add 1/4cup mustard oil to the pan on low flame, add 1tbsp mustard seeds, 1tbsp fenugreek seeds, 1tbsp cumin seeds and stir for 1 minutes. -add chopped yellow plums to the pan and mix it well. -cook on medium flame for 20 minutes. -after that add 2 dried chilli, add 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4cup chopped ginger, 1tbsp salt, mix it well and cook for 15 minutes. -after that add chopped garlic, chopped fresh chilli, add 1tbsp red chilli powder, 1tbsp cracked coriander seeds, mix it well and it’s ready.
