The Mumbai bound Mandovi Express honks and accelerates nicely from platform 6 of Dadar station under the power of twin WDM-3 locomotives from Maula Ali shed. This is in January, 2014.... At that time, I actually began proper railfanning. Before this also I used to take occasional videos of trains and upload them. I used to watch Arzan Kotval's videos and I used to like them very much. So I got in touch with him and this was the first time we met. He had told me that the Mandovi Express would be getting this offlink.. Twin Alcos instead of its usual WDP-4. So I went and I met him on the platform, and then we captured the Mandovi Express departing from Dadar.. After this, I started going out on railfanning trips with him and I want to thank him for all the help and assistance he has given me.. Date of video: 16th January, 2014
