Today, we're gonna take a look at the Roadmaster Rear Anti- sway Bar, for pickup trucks and motorhomes. This is a custom-fit part. It is designed to fit the 2017 and newer, Ford F-450 trucks, and the F-550 trucks, and F-550 Class C motorhomes, and on a custom-fit part like this, I always like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the Fit Guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show you, if this'll work for your application.This sway bar will help minimize side-to-side movement, to help improve overall stability of your vehicle. It'll help let you execute turns, and quick maneuvers with confidence, allows for a nice level ride, even on irregular surfaces, and it'll even help reduce driver fatigue, because it'll minimize the effort, that's required to keep your truck in line. It does also diminish the effects of any crosswinds, passing motorists, shifting cargo, and as I've mentioned, it is designed to fit your vehicle, and work in conjunction with it's suspension system.Basically, it attaches to the rear axle, and to the chassis, and it uses the weight of the axle to brace the frame, as it shifts and turns, and the bar is engineered to avoid interference with most popular aftermarket add-ons and accessories. It is made with polyurethane bushings, instead of the standard rubber variety, for a lot longer lasting system. The polyurethane is durable and resistant to damage, that can be caused by oil, gas, and ozone, and of course, less wear will mean less give in your system, and better support.The bar itself is constructed of a thick 4140 chromoly steel, for superior strength. The diameter on the sway bar is one and a half inches. That does include everything laid out here on the table. The sway bar itself, polyurethane bushings, the end links, mounting hardware, even gives you a nice little tub of bushing lubricant, to put on your bushings when you go to install them, and a nice set of detailed instructions.
