作为西北门户的新疆,与众多国家相邻。文化信息交流而频繁,这一客观因素决定了新疆不同形式的媒体产品在对外传播中扮演着重要角色。2023年,立足于“一带一路”倡议提出10周年的背景,出于展现新疆各民族幸福生活的状态。新疆维吾尔自治区广电局与中国新闻社新疆分社就“一带一路”、“非遗”、“美食”、“Z时代”四个系列20个短片,通过5--8分钟的影像,将各民族相濡以沫、共同努力创造美好生活的真实场景呈现给海外受众。短片以此借助外国媒体增强新疆各民族文化在国际上的影响力。短片一经推出,得到哈萨克斯坦大使馆、吉尔吉斯斯坦大使馆、乌兹别克斯坦大使馆一致好评,给予9分的高评分。通过短片,合作双方也意识到将自身文化宣传方式与外媒渠道相融合,是有效促进自身文化传播方式的快捷通道,通过这一方式取得了不错的对外传播效果,也帮助各国了解了新疆形象以及新疆具有的不同文化的特色,增进海外受众对新疆的良好印象。 As the gateway to Northwest China, Xinjiang shares borders with numerous countries,leading to frequent cultural communications. This reality determines the significant role that various forms of media products from Xinjiang play in international communication.In 2023, on the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, aiming to show the harmonious and prosperous lives of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, the Broadcasting and Television Bureau of Xinjiang collaborated with the Xinjiang Branch of China News Service to produce a series of 20 short films across four themes: ""The Belt and Road Initiative"", ""Intangible Cultural Heritage"", ""Cuisine"", and ""Z Generation"". Each film, ranging from 5 to 8 minutes, vividly presents authentic scenarios where people from different ethnic backgrounds in Xinjiang stand in mutual support and work together to create a better life. With the help of foreign media, these short films amplify the international influence of the diverse cultures across Xinjiang. Upon release,these short films received high praise and an impressive rating of 9 out of 10 from the embassies of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. The collaboration highlighted the effectiveness of combining local cultural promotion strategies with foreign media channels as a fast track for enhancing international cultural outreach.Through these films, both parties recognized the benefits of such a strategy in achieving notable success in foreign publicity. The initiative effectively helped various countries gain insights into Xinjiang's image and the unique characteristics of its diverse cultures, fostering a positive impression among overseas audiences.
