We were delayed by the busy boat ramp as the squid fleet was coming in and the day shift was showing up, also delayed when one of the crew members went to the wrong boat ramp which was a half hour away. Eventually we got out there, hoping to find a Bass bite like we had a few days prior, but that wasn't happening, so joined the hundred boat Fluke fleet which wasn't doing much by the time we got out there. We came back to the Bass which were a little more cooperative as the day went on. This was the same day the big Basker was seen inside the salt pond, I assume that was a different one but who knows.
