Although the signing of the marriage schedule is a very important part of a Marriage Ceremony, and as a legal document I know it has to be official and pedantic, at the same time I have always found it to be a bit too impersonal for the majesty of the moment, and it vexes me that in an opposite sex ceremony, the groom's name is always first! So, in an Aye Do Marriage Ceremony, you don't just sign a legal document, you also (if you choose to) get to sign the Aye Do Book of Betrothals, an oversize leather bound journal (which is also my Ministers Manual). And you get to wax seal your signatures with the words "Aye Do" in front of all your guests. And the best bit? .... you can sign it in any way you want! It just adds a wee bit of extra depth to your Ceremony, and it can then be personalised afterwards with items from your Ceremony. This is not just any Ceremony ... this is an Aye Do Ceremony!
