Dino Caesaron, received the Ph.D. degree in Industrial Management from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Telkom University, Indonesia. With over 15 years of academic and professional experience, he specializes in Human Factors/Ergonomics, Human Performance in Virtual/Augmented Reality, and Product Design Development. Beyond his academic research, he actively engages in various industry collaborations and community-based projects related to Human Factors/Ergonomics. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Department of Industrial Engineering Graduate Program at Telkom University and is the Head of the Indonesian Ergonomics Association for the West Java region.
