In this week's episode we continue the week by week analysis of misleading statements - specifically, we begin to look at Episode 6 of Bob Ruff's show – the commencement of the Crime Scene analysis. We follow Bob’s room by room analysis of the report prepared by Mr Carpenter and we highlight a number of problems with Bob’s assessment that intruders were present in the Melgar home. We also highlight some excellent discussions on our Facebook group discussion page about the 32 inch television that is claimed to have been stolen from the home. It would appear the 32 inch tv wasn’t stolen – it was on a shelf in the study the entire time. We also talk about the Xbox which was found in a backpack in the garage – it was claimed to have been kept in the cabinet below the tv, although the space available doesn’t appear to support that assertion.
