X8 Demake- Guru's Mod Revisit (Triple Tag system, Saber Cancels, Classic SFX)

Before anybody asks, no. Guru did not make an update. In fact, they kinda just left the project behind and didn't even make it open source. I've reached out about it awhile ago but nothing's changed on that situation. Regardless, I think the mod is still an interesting one to visit every now and again. Having access to all 3 characters in a stage allows for more expressive gameplay since you can make the most of all 3 characters and really get to feel their strengths. While gimmicky, the cancel system for Zero's specials does allow for somewhat more fluid use of Zero's abilities instead of just having to kinda pathetically chip away with Glaive spin or spamming normal Hammer bonk. X definitely still feels a little lacking though as his sluggish mobility is PAINFULLY apparent early on. It's of course not without bugs however given that it was an abandoned mod. The tag system kinda funks out if you try to swap while wall sliding, and the requirement to beat the game on Hard before even unlocking the tag system is still present I think, so that may be a little annoying for any interested. Even found some new ones as I didn't realize that Awakened Zero would change colors based on who he was fighting. Regardless, the mod is still in a mostly playable state and is a fun one to visit now and again. Hope you all enjoy, and I'll see you all next time.
