20 Month old Synergy 735 CNC Machining Coolant from Blaser. It’s like Fine Wine, gets better with time. Seriously the best coolant I have ever used... No issues with our seals, machine, tooling etc. Cuts Plastic, Aluminum, Steel, Titanium & Inconel etc. Heard the only material it doesn’t like so far is cast iron, but also heard there is a version of synergy that thrives in it. I love this coolant and my machinist love the coolant. It’s healthy, doesn’t stink... and it’s CLEAR!!! At 20 months, it’s clearer than at 1 day. You need to use DI water but trust me, this stuff is Crazy!!! Think about this, if your filming CNC or Teaching CNC... Isn’t Clear Coolant an absolute must.
