Greek Salad - Refreshing and crisp textured Greek Salad is made with juicy cherry tomatoes, crisp cucumber, bell pepper, kalamata olives, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese. Chicken Satay - Marinated strips of chicken breast in a flavorful combination of lemongrass, garlic, chiles, galangal and coconut milk then sliced chicken pieces shewered in bamboo or wooden Skewers and grilled or barbequed in charcoal fire finally serve hot with peanut sauce dips. Prawn Balchao - Flavorful and delicious Prawn Balchao is a spicy seafood dish in goan cuisine and a must-try for all the prawn's lovers. Spicy and tangy Prawn Balchao is served with hot, plain boiled rice. Berry Cheese Cake - This raspberry cheesecake is creamy, sweet, and swirled with fresh raspberry sauce then topping it off with a grand marnier raspberry glaze & fresh raspberries, dusted with powdered sugar.
