**PLEASE READ BELOW FOR MORE VALUABLE INFORMATION** **UPDATE** I taught my good friend Kasey how to make these beads and she watched this tutorial and then glazed her beads this way...however, when she showed me her beads, they were way glossier than mine! We have now figured out that if you let the beads dry a long time, about 12 hours at least or overnight after you dip them the first time in the Mod Podge, then, when you dip them in the Polyacrylic, they come out MUCH shinier/glossier...I had never waited that long in between. Also, what I forgot to mention in this video because I didn't actually glaze any beads is that while they are drying, either after the Mod Podge Dip or the Minwax Dip, I run my hand underneath them to eliminate any drips and I push them around on the fishing line once or twice to keep them from sticking in place to the nylon line while drying, always making sure that when I am done moving them that there is still a space between each one, but I think you'd be able to pop them off even if you didn't do that. Sorry for forgetting to say that! Also, when you cut the pieces of fishing line, make sure they are long enough to go across the width of your box plus about 10-12" so you have enough to wrap it at the end to pull it tight while the beads dry. I don't buy the Minwax or the Modpodge on Amazon, I am only posting the links so you know exactly what I use. Minwax Polyacrylic here: https://www.amazon.com/Minwax-2555544... Mod Podge here: https://www.amazon.com/Mod-Podge-Wate... Here is how I paint the paper and cut them for my signature watercolor paper beads that you see in the video: • How to paint watercolor paper for mak... And here is a short clip of how I roll them: • Rolling a paper bead with my watercol...
