Hike to Lost Lake, Larrabee State Park, Bellingham | 10.3 miles, 1,880’ elevation gain

This is another great hike at Larrabee State park! A few weeks ago I hiked to Fragrance Lake, this time I headed out to Lost Lake. Along the way there is a ridge section where you have a filtered view of the Samish Bay and the San Juan Islands. Once the trees leaf out the view will be more obstructed than in the winter. I enjoyed the solitude of a week day hike and enjoyed hearing and seeing a few birds... American Robins, Pacific Wrens, Woodpeckers and Ravens.
