Welcome to another video everyone! 😀And yes I’m back in the EPIC Glencoe for a roadtrip - l can’t get enough of the place! What’s it like in the Autumn? I’ll be showing you the new Three sisters car park, the beautiful scenic drive (which I never tirel of) and a few places of interest in the area, including Glencoe Lochan/ Glencoe Village, Signal rock and the wonderful Kingshouse hotel. Situated in beautiful Rannoch Moor. It’s a much nicer place to be in the Autumn and winter - and you can avoid the huge crowds of summer. Although these days it’s fairly busy all year round. The road through Glencoe is the A82, which runs from Glasgow to Inverness. Make sure to like, comment, and subscribe for more travel adventures and guides. Glencoe Valley – Famous for its stunning landscapes, dramatic mountains, and historic significance (notably the 1692 Massacre of Glencoe). Ideal for hikers and photographers. 2. The Three Sisters – A trio of iconic peaks that form part of the valley’s rugged skyline, popular with climbers and sightseers. 3. Glencoe Lochan – A peaceful forested loch with scenic walking trails and lovely views of the surrounding mountains. 4. Signal Rock – A historical site linked to the Jacobite uprising, where clan signals were once said to have been given. 5. The Lost Valley (Coire Gabhail) – A hidden valley where the MacDonalds of Glencoe once hid their stolen cattle. A dramatic and scenic hike. 6. Glencoe/ Ballachullish Visitor Centre – Offers insights into the area’s history, geology, and wildlife with exhibitions and walking trails.
