'Zi Char' means "cook and fry" and is a local term for food stir-fried over a fiery wok, creating flavourful dishes with the distinct 'wok hei' or charred aroma. Although there are only a few dishes on the buffet menu, the culinary skill is high, and the portions are generous enough to satisfy our appetite. A second round of ordering is usually unnecessary.
