No Weapons. Only Buddies & Abilities — Solo Ultimate Hypernet Current | Warlock Build

Warlock has honestly made endgame feel like easy mode lately — even the Ultimate difficulty barely feels like a struggle anymore. I personally think Bungie should raise the Ultimate delta to around +40 or +45 to make it more challenging again. Today, I decided to test what I consider the best Getaway Artist Warlock build in the game right now — but with a twist: no weapons at all. I wanted to see if I could beat a high-end activity using only buddies and abilities. Since Barrier Champions would be impossible without a gun, I looked for an activity without them — and Hypernet Current turned out to be perfect. Arc Buddy handled Overload Champions with Jolt, while Solar Buddy ignited everything and countered Unstoppables beautifully. On my first attempt, a Phalanx shield yeeted me off the map (and I didn’t use Eager Edge since that would break the “no weapon” rule 😅). But on my second run, I cleared it smoothly and achieved an A+ score — without firing a single bullet. Is this power creep? I’d say yes.
