Strange Sky - In The Keweenaw

Just before sunset on July 19th, 2019 the sky turned this unusual yellowish, orange color. It was quite an eerie experience as it turned everything on the ground the same color. It was quite dark as it was near sunset, but there was this yellowish cast over everything. For those who may think this was simply an incorrect white balance setting, look at the Holiday gas station sign which comes into the frame starting at 0:23. It still has its normal red, white and blue colors because it is artificially backlit, yet everything else that's white has this yellowish, orange tint to it. Very strange. This footage which was captured from a DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone that had its white balance set to 5900 Kelvin which normally produces a natural white balance in daylight and sunset conditions. No white balance adjustment was done to this footage in post other than a mild adjustment for exposure. Personally it looks a bit dark and I could have brightened it up a bit, but it really was dark as is evident by the fact that the cars have their headlights on and the beacons on the radio towers over Houghton are now obvious.
