Fried Ladyfish fish sausage patties (In Vietnamese: Chả Cá Chiên) RECIPE: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BASED ON 1LB OF RAW MEAT (multiply as needed) Ingredients: 1 lb ladyfish meat 2.5 Tbsp fish sauce 1 Tbsp peanut oil (or any type you prefer) 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder 1/2 Tbsp palm sugar 1.5 Tbsp cornstarch 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp chopped lemongrass 1/2 Tbsp chopped shallots 1/2 cup chopped scallion Oil for frying (enough for 1" oil depth in frying pan) Then simply follow my video for preparation/cooking instructions!
