Hello all and welcome to the Challenge This channel! In this series, three friends - Sam, Kai and Tyler (sometimes with special guests) - undergo challenges against, or sometimes with, each other. The loser of every challenge must do a punishment for losing, and at the end of every season Sam, Kai and Tyler go head-to-head in four videos to crown the winner of that season! In this episode Sam, Kai and Tyler do the Not My Arms challenge. Basically, one of the three goes behind another one of the three and sticks their arms out. Then, the person in front (with the other behind them) has to guide the person's arms to pick up, pour or pluck any food item the person in front asks to be placed into a container that will be blended into a smoothie.
