We hopped this Double IPA every way we could think of. Mash Hops, First Wort Hops, Double Dry Hop, Hop Tea, Early Addition, Whirlpool, Hopback etc. You name it we got it. We used Imperial Yeast A24 Dry Hop to ferment this one. A24 is a blend of A20 citrus and A04 Barbarian and should accentuate the hops (CTZ, Centennial, Simcoe, and Mosaic) very nicely. We dubbed this beer "Hopstacle Course" due to all the steps that were taken to hop this beer.
