Easy Homemade Banana Bread 🍌🍞 This soft and moist banana bread is made with very ripe bananas, butter, and crunchy cashews. It’s a simple recipe that anyone can make at home with basic ingredients, and it comes out fluffy, sweet, and full of banana flavor. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or with a cup of tea or coffee! Ingredients: • 3 very ripe bananas • 125 g unsalted butter (softened) • ¾ cup granulated sugar • 2 large eggs • 1½ cups all-purpose flour • 1 tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt• ½ tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup cashews (instead of walnuts) • Optional: 1 cup milk if the batter is too thick Instructions: Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Mix butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Stir in mashed bananas. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine dry ingredients with the banana mixture. Fold in cashews and add milk if needed. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
