He who seeks equity must do Equity 3. He who comes to equity must come with clean hands 4. Delay defeats equity 5. Equity is equality 6. Equity does not assist a volunteer 7. Equity regards that as done which ought to be done 8.Equity does not allow a statute to be used as an instrument of fraud. 9. Equity acts in personam 10. Equity will not perfect an imperfect gift 11.Equity follows the law 12. Where the equities are equal the law prevails 13.
