BUBBLE PEOPLE LIVE PERFORMANCE for SOVA X Community Learning: Live Streaming! SOVA X Community Learning: Live Streaming! was a free course on live streaming and hybrid event production delivered by Sova Audio in collaboration with Waltham Forest Council in our studio in Lea Bridge. The participants collaborated with two selected artists to create the conceptual framework and learn about the basics of sound and visual considerations in relation to live- streaming. The course culminated in a real live-streamed event delivered fully by the participants and overseen by the Sova Audio team. Bubble People is a neo-psychedelic electronica act helmed by London instigator and facilitator Jasper Sdougos. With 10 years of performance experience at venues such as Iklectik, H0L0 NYC, Sneaky Pete’s and Limelight Belfast, as well as appearances at infamous London parties Creatures and M.O.B, Sdougos has guested on Threads Radio and Netil Radio and held a residency on RTM.fm during 2021. Cofounder of the experimental art collective Gather All The Electronics, Sdougos has released work on independent labels including SODAA and Squeeze Trip Records. Bubble People encompasses a range of styles, rarely performing the same set twice as they explore their bio-scene sound, fusing elements of IDM, dark ambient and experimental pop.
