Paul joined Colchester in the mid-90s, becoming a key figure under Steve Wignall. After leaving the U’s, Paul went on to enjoy a successful career both as a player and later as a manager across the Football League and the US. We cover it all — from settling in at Colchester, working under Wignall, the highs and lows of those cup finals, promotion glory, and even being in the frame for the Colchester United manager’s job in 2009.
