Module 3: Canadian Human Rights Complaint Process  This module, the third of three training modules, is designed for individuals supporting employees in federally regulated workplaces who have experienced or are experiencing sexual harassment and violence. This module explores the Canadian Human Rights Act and its protections. This module also provides a step-by-step guide to the Canadian Human Rights Commission’s (CHRC) complaint process, outlining:  1. How to file a complaint  2. The CHRC’s review and processing of complaints  3. The role of mediation and conciliation  4. The investigation process  5.
