Iconic is an overused word these days, but it's safe to say the Thunderhawk Gunship of the Space Marines of the Legiones and Adeptus Astartes is worthy of such a descriptor. From the movie "Ultramarines" to the Space Marine computer games The most recognised of these interface-gunships are two 28mm models designed and produced by  Forge World. Separated by 15 years, these mammoth models are magnificently detailed army and display centrepieces that are instantly recognisable.
