Eugenia Bitsani, is a professor at Technological Educational Institute of Peloponnisos, chairman of the Corporate management department of TEI of Peloponnisos, a political scientist and professor of cultural policy and administration with specialization on local and regional level and post-doctoral studies on the field of institutional and developmental dimension of civilization and intercultural relationships. Her last two monographs are the result of her postdoc research in Italy in cooperation with two italian universities α) Intercultural City Identity” and “Human Intercultural Cities” (H.I.C) A Conceptual Model for the Social Cohesion of Modern and Post-Modern Cities.
