🏡 *Build Info*: This is a 40x30 play tested Lot, originally designed to be played as a Small Business Lot with a residence for two Sims to live in. However, it is fully equipped to be played as a Cafe, Bar, Thrift Bubble Tea Lot and Library Community Lots. YASS, it is a multi-purpose lot and a perfect hub and hang out for your business, freelances and entrepreneurs simmers to set their clubs gatherings. **🫰 Game Lore: ** Noticing the huge number of businesses popping up in SimsLand, Mr. Langrabbs realized that these entrepreneurs would need more money to fund their dreams. Since the only use of a billionaire in society is to accumulate even more, he decided to open the Langraabs Stock Market. A place where Sims can register and advertise their businesses in the stock panel with their merchandise and open for trading or gambling with speculation. Being now the Sim's University of Economics and the Central Bank new home. Where Cameron Fletcher runs also as the headmaster of the Economics University. ✌️*Suggestions*: In case you do not wanna play as a Small Business Lot, I suggest play as a Library (it works well with me) and create clubs for traders, influencers and business owners to fulfill the building with life. No more empty buildings 🎒* Economics University:* For play as a University without mods, just play as a Library and create clubs for teachers using the lectures boards and others clubs for different students hang out specifically in this lot.
