Hand Crank Generator from microwave motor

Generate electricity with this simple hand crank generator which uses an AC microwave motor. Ideally there would be some external gearing which allows you to crank slower while still producing a high RPM. Another nice addition would be a full wave bridge rectifier to convert the AC to DC and then perhaps a capacitor or battery to store energy so you don't need to continuously crank. The microwave motor was removed from a broken microwave. You can buy a brand new motor on eBay for around 2USD. Most of them are rated at 110V or 220-240V but strangely my one is rated at 21VAC.
