In 36 hours of relentless coding, brainstorming, and innovation, they created Sustain-ify, an AI-powered app that empowers users to make more sustainable choices. From eco-conscious shopping suggestions to upcycling ideas for everyday waste, their app became a beacon of how technology can be a force for good. Despite being surrounded by top-tier institutions, these young minds from Amrita stayed focused, driven by a shared passion to create solutions for a more sustainable world. The result? Amrita's students emerged victorious, winning the All-Track Grand Prize at HackHarvard 2024.
