Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more such recipes! ❤️ Portion servings: 6-7 pax Preparation time: 2 hrs Cooking time: 40 mins Ingredients: For buns dough: Refined flour 1½ cup Salt ½ tsp Sugar castor 1 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Milk warm ½ cup Instant yeast 1 tsp Sugar ½ tbsp Water as required For brushing: Butter 1 tbsp Coriander chopped ½ tbsp For stuffing: Onion chopped 1 pc Capsicum chopped 1 pc Oregano ½ tbsp Chilli flakes ½ tbsp Green chilli chopped 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Mozzarella cheese cheese 1 cup Method: Step 1: Prepare the Dough Activate yeast by mixing warm milk, sugar, and yeast, then let it froth. In a bowl, mix refined flour, salt, and sugar. Add softened butter and the frothy yeast mixture. Gradually add milk and knead to form a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise until it doubles in size. Step 2: Prepare the Stuffing In a bowl, mix chopped onions, capsicum, oregano, chili flakes, green chili, salt, and grated mozzarella cheese. Combine everything well to create a flavorful stuffing. Step 3: Shape the Buns Punch down the risen dough to release air. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into small balls. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of stuffing in the center. Seal the edges carefully and shape it back into a smooth ball. Step 4: Arrange the Buns Arrange the stuffed buns on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray in the shape of a Christmas tree. Leave some space between them to allow for expansion. Step 5: Proof the Buns Cover the arranged buns with a damp cloth. Let them proof again until they double in size. Step 6: Milk Wash and Butter Glaze Brush the proofed buns with milk to give them a golden shine after baking. Prepare a butter glaze by melting butter and mixing it with chopped coriander. Step 7: Bake the Buns Preheat the oven to the desired temperature. Bake the buns until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
