Back to 15 years ago when our customer requested better accuracy and better functionality glove pinhole leak testing process, AFA started to develop the Glove pinhole leak testing and sorting machine since then.​ With more than 15 years of experience in handling all types of gloves, today we are proud to claim that our machines are designed and able to handle almost all the Examination Gloves, Surgical Gloves, NBR, NR to PI gloves with all sizes in the market. In order to meet the high standard of AQL, our pressure sensor in use are Non-Calibration required but just need to do self Validation with a master validator ​ Today, more than 360 units of our LTM machines are being installed and operating 24/7 in our customer premises worldwide. Our machines are able to reduce the headcount by up to 50%.
