It’s rich, comforting, and a total crowd favorite — perfect for family gatherings, dinner parties, or a cozy weekend treat. ✨ Ingredients ¾ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup water 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (La Lechera) 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk (Carnation) 1¾ cups heavy whipping cream 1½ Tbsp vanilla extract 5 large eggs, room temperature ¼ tsp fine sea salt Fresh berries, to serve 9” cake pan 🍮 Caramel In a heavy pan over medium-low heat, combine sugar and water. Stir once to dissolve, then let it boil for 3–5 minutes without stirring. When it turns golden, swirl gently until deep amber (not burnt), then remove from heat and swirl for 30 seconds. Pour into your cake pan and tilt to coat evenly. If you hear that crack while pouring, it’s totally normal! ⚠️ Caramel is very hot — don’t touch or taste it. 🥚 Custard & Baking Blend eggs, cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and salt on low speed for 1 minute.
