Businessman Raj Kundra is currently grabbing all the headlines and because of wrong reasons only. The businessman got arrested on Monday late night and is currently under police custody at Byculla Jail. The court has ordered the businessman to stay under the custody of police till 23rd July. The Mumbai police has stated that a complaint was filed on February, 2021 regarding this case. But how did all these start? Well, recently Mumbai crime branch has revealed that when all these began. Well, as per the reports, these all began with a raid at a Mumbai bungalow where a shoot for such obscene videos were being conducted. Mumbai police revealed that the investigation started in February but it became pale in the mid way. But now the investigation is highly active and the crime branch got evidences and are proceeding with the case. On 4th of February of 2021, Mumbai police raided a bungalow at Madh Island in North Mumbai. 5 people were arrested for shooting an obscene video in a compromised position for the Hotshot app, formerly owned by Raj Kundra. The woman who was rescued from the bungalow, became the complainant and set off the investigation. Soon after the case began, police managed to arrest Rowa Khan, who is a producer of obscene videos and also Gehna Vashisht. Then police started investigating Umesh Kamat who is the Indian representative of Kenrin Pvt Ltd which is owned by Pradeep Bakshi, Raj’s brother in law. It was Umesh Kamat who took Raj Kundra’s name during questioning and that is how, Mumbai police reached the key conspirator, Raj. Police has enough evidence against Raj Kundra and they believe that he is the one who is behind this whole racket.
