Uth Duna probably is the hardest monster during the Low Rank story quest in Monster Hunter Wilds (MHWilds), but it surely depends on how much you are getting used to your weapon of choice. Because story goes on without you noticing when to stop, I highly recommend to gather materials for crafting weapons and armors as well as learning basic combos in training ground before taking Uth Duna. DPS checker similar to Namielle in MHWorld may be activated, if you do not break Uth Duna armor, so that attack as hard as you can with focus mode. Because recording did not work the first time I took Uth Duna, so that I had to return to take an optional quest. I really do not like the story that goes without any chance for returning. Hopefully, things will change in DLC.
