Looking for a home that doesn't have a huge monthly HOA? In this video I'll be sharing 5 Daytona Beach area communities that will have a monthly HOA payment of $50 or less! Best Low HOA's in Daytona Beach. 1. Bryan Cave Estates: Located off Sauls St. in South Daytona, this neighborhood has an annual HOA of just $132 or about $11 a month. The HOA fees will be used to ensure all the common areas are well maintained. Bryan Cave Estates is an older neighborhood with older homes, but it also comes with some perks. Older neighborhoods mean larger lots and often times, larger homes. You'll also be close to plenty of area amenities including Reed Canal Park, shopping and dining options and your just a quick drive the heart of the city of Port Orange. 2. Georgetown: Located off of Clyde Morris Blvd in Daytona Beach, Georgetown is a cute little neighborhood with an annual HOA of $181 or $15 a month. Again, the fees will be used to make sure the common areas are well maintained. Georgetown is located outside of the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach proper, but will keep you in a centralized location so you're just minutes from International Speedway Blvd with tons of restaurants and retail stores, the Daytona International Airport, I-95 and I-4 and the Daytona International Speedway. This neighborhood will also have some larger lots than many of the newer construction developments. 3. Summer Trees South: Located off of Williamson Blvd in Port Orange, Summer Trees South has an annual HOA of around $360 or about $30 a month. The fees in this neighborhood will also go to keeping the common areas beautiful. This neighborhood has tons of mature live oaks and other trees throughout, giving it a more secluded and wooded feel. Plus the located is fantastic, just minutes from the Port Orange Pavilion, golf courses, shopping and dining off Dunlawton Ave. and I-95. Don't get it confused with Summer Trees West though! That's a 55 and up community with a higher monthly HOA and is located right next door. 4. Bayberry Lakes: Located off of LPGA Blvd in Daytona Beach, Bayberry Lakes has the highest HOA on our list, coming in at $600 a year or $50 a month. But! You do get some amenities other then the common area maintenance. You'll also get access to their community clubhouse and pool, so it's a great choice for those who want a few amenities, but don't want to pay an arm and leg to have them. Bayberry has tons of different types of homes and it's location is prime. You're just minutes from the Tomoka Town Center with the Tanger Outlets, tons of shopping options and some really great dining options too. There's a Publix and a shopping plaza just down the road and if you like to stay fit, you'll find the Florida Tennis Center across the street and you can also play a round of golf at LPGA International. 5. Sunrise Oaks: Located off of Clyde Morris Blvd in Port Orange, Sunrise Oaks has an annual HOA of $400 or about $33 a month. This neighborhood is tucked back in it's own little pocket and is really well maintained, so you know that your fees are being put to good use. Many of the homes in Sunrise Oaks already have swimming pools installed, so if that's something that's important to you, this is great neighborhood to watch. You'll also find homes with 3 car garages, which is a popular feature. Sunrise Oaks is near Perrine's Produce, which is local favorite for grocery shopping.
